My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable with heated lockers and a balcony offering a great view of the Matterhorn. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Philip Raber, the Front Office Manager. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the ski lifts and the railway station. The dining experience provided a good selection of food, and the facilities were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The room was very spacious with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. I even got some great pictures from the balcony. The comfort level exceeded all my expectations with that wonderful view and balcony.
